We've got the info for the next two months! The program is winding down :( but... Basic Grey is going to continue the program :)
September's layout will be using the new Indian Summer papers - they're beautiful! The subject is "This I Believe" and Nic Howard talked about how important her daughter is to her and her family. You'll need 1 - 4" x 6" and 2 - 4" x 4" pics. She uses black and white.
October's subject will be "I Am Unique". Kelly Goree did this one - I really like her layouts. I can't quite make out what her journaling says, but I guess this one's pretty self-explanitory! We'll be using the new "Eerie" Halloween line for this - and it looks great. You'll need 2 - 4" x 6" ; 3 - 3" x 3" and 1 - 3" x 6" black and white photos.
I'll get the pictures posted as soon as I can. Sorry, I can't seem to load it right now.

We don't have a date set for this yet - if you have any preference, please let us know. It would make a great "candy bowl" for some Halloween candy! There's LOTS of measuring for this box. We'll be offering templates instead of measuring everything out ~ for an additional charge :)
We will be offering a similar one at the Weekend Retreat with a Christmas theme.

CONTEST UPDATE!
Just in case you didn't get/see/read the newsletter update - we would like you to re-think the layout name. Try to ignore the cute twins (don't tell them I said they were cute - they are 8 year old boys, after all!); our name for the page - "school daze"; and just focus on the paper and the layout. We do have all the titles written down, but if you want to give it another go - please do! This is not a one-per-person contest :)
Road Trip
Hi!
As some of you know Cheryl and I closed the store Tuesday and went on a road trip. We went to Hollo's in Ohio. We made the trip in 1 day. It was rushed but we had a great time and saw lots of interesting stuff. We picked up lots of 12 x 12 card stock (color thru) and 8 1/2 x 11 card stock.
We also stopped in at Archiver's just outside of Cleveland. It's an interesting store and we saw some paper we are hoping to put in our store.
CK Convention- Cheryl and I had the opportunity to work for Stamping Station during the convention. We were pleasantly surprised to see the large variety of paper and travel stickers they carry. Their website is very hard to negotiate and we rarely find what we want. We will soon becarrying their double sided adhesive paper and glitter/bead combo.
